Restarted. Opinions?

So I restarted. I tried to pick an alright map, but had to sacrifice the quality of the villagers. What do you think about the map and the villagers?

Villagers can be replaced.
Town Maps...not so much.
Keep in mind that slivers of land can be difficult to built PWP but if you plan just to build it in the square, you should be fine.

I really like that map, there's a lot of open space and town hall + retail being beside each other is nice!

Also Bluebear is a cutie.

That's a really great map you got there! And you can always change the villagers if you don't like them, but I think you got a pretty good set.

I've got a similar map, with the plaza, Re-Tail, and town hall about the same places. My river does make a big u bend upward right about where that house is closest to the river. I even put my house where yours is. A friend come over right after I started it and said, "Why do you want your house so far from everything?" A bridge right there meant I was close to everything! We know what we're doing.

Having the private island is always nice. I'd say stick to that map.

Map is pretty and you have one of my favourite villagers (Dizzy) so I'd say it's perfect.

Love the map, close to mine. Bluebeard is awesome! I have Jnox, he is pretty cool. Looks like resetting went very well.

The map looks great, especially the whole private island theme going around.
The villagers, meh they're OK I guess.

I have a similar map and I love the slithers of land as they are wide enough to create pretty Orchards - Pine or fruit trees or a nice bush/flower paths.
I do like your starting villagers and they can be changed if you are not happy with them.

I'd say keep it because you have a nice map but its all up to you

It's fine, a lot of people reset their towns. You've got a decent set of villagers and your map looks good, so you're fine.

That's a really good map! Your beach is all in one long stretch and your Re-Tail is close to the train station!
