I've found the perfect map! I'm going to be cycling again for a little after I've gotten the 100% rating. ^_^ maybe more.

It might take a whole week until I can pick a villager up.
I have to cycle villagers out, which will take 3-4 days, drop off items and restart which will take 1-2 days and 1 day to get my town 100% rating. :c I'm not sure if that's quick to you.
