[RESOLVED] Buying/Selling In Multiplayer

So a person just asked if they could buy an item of mine (a Leaning Tower of Pisa model I got from Gulliver) but I don't actually know how to sell an item to another player. I do know how to get the code they can use to get to my island, but I've never actually had another player on my island before and I don't know what they can and can't do. (Like, can they just go up to it in my house and add it to their catalog somehow? Do I have to send it as a gift and just hope that they actually give the promised payment? How does this work?)

You go to their island or vice versa, drop bells, they pick up, so on and so forth.

So I can just drop the item for them to pick up?

Players can't pick up placed items when they visit your island, so you should have it dropped for them or drop it for them!
