Do you mind sharing you full TT process so we can see if you're accidentally skipping a step somewhere?

i just went 15 days forward from today n then went back to the present and then went a month forward-

At which point in this process are you looking for residents with a thought bubble?
You also don't need to go back to the present then going forwards 1 month. The fastest version of the "15 day method" involves going forwards 15 days and TTing forwards 1 day at a time if the villager you're targeting doesn't have the bubble.

Yeah you should just keep going a day forward after you skip 15 ahead until you see the bubble. Also the villager with the bubble can be inside sometimes so I load my game at a few different times sometimes to be sure.

Also make sure your clock is set around 1pm as this is the optimal time (though villagers can still ping at any time, just more likely they’re all outside around then).

theres other methods of doing it like 15-day method or you can try the method where you get a thought bubble, tt back a day, and tt back to the present to change the persona asking to move (i forgot the complete method)
