Resident Help

I'm looking for help with organizing my villagers, and getting rid of a few to make room for others.
Here's the list of the villagers I have so far:

Chief - Cranky
Wolfgang -Cranky
Fang - Cranky
Whitney -Snooty
Kyle - Smug
Agent S - Peppy
Merengue - Normal
Lopez - Smug
Bella - Peppy
Mint - Snooty

As much as I love all of my villagers, all of them but Agent S being dreamies, I still need a Lazy, Uchi, and Jock villager.
I know I'm going to be removing Agent S and possibly replacing her with an Uchi, and I'd like to replace Lopez with a Jock, but I'm unsure who else to replace. The obvious answer would be Wolfgang, Chief, or Fang, but I love all three of them and would hate to part with them. I was also thinking Mint, as she's the one I'm least attached to, and I already have Whitney as a Snooty.
Should I keep them, and just not have a Lazy villager, or should I pick one to move out?

Well if you want any of the public works projects that only a lazy villager can suggest, then you might have to make room for a lazy villager.

However, if it's not that important to you, then keep whatever villagers make you happy.

^Exactly. Unless there's pwps you need- what's the point of having a variety of villager personalities. Have who you like or you won't be as invested in them. unless it's villager conversations you're worried about? My snooties all say the same things but Idc because I like them. Even having two of the same isn't bad. With 2 they didn't seem the same to me at all.

I didn't know what to do but now I'm pretty confident in my choices, as it seems you both said the same things as what I was originally thinking.
