Pokémon Resetting a Pokémon

So, I'm planning to sell some duplicated Darkrais, and I would prefer for them to be reset to their original stats and levels. Is this possible? I know that it's possible to bring their original moves back, but that's all.

You can't reset the Level, but you can reteach the moves if it is a Gen VI Event.

I think you can reset their EVs (?) too, but you can reset them to a lower level.

You can't reset them to a level, but if you punch a blank punching bag in super training you'll probably end up with a reset bag which resets their EVs
