Well i for one will be collecting pictures of villagers so when i got everyone i will put him in my town to get his picture. Besides i hear you can take stuff out of your town for 10% of the money you spent on it!

Isn't the Surveillance Center an unremovable project? Like the Dream Mansion, Museum Upstairs, ect.

I for one like Resetti! ^ Tom Nook gives Resetti a run for his money, in that respect. For the record, I was 5 when I got the GCN version, and he never made me cry!

I only hate Mr. Resetti because of how he acts when he's mad. I don't like angry rude people.

I never reset my game and I always remember to save so I have never had to deal with him.

The one time my brother turned off Population Growing while I was playing so HE could play instead, Mr. Resetti visited HIM. Best moment ever was that look on his face when he was getting yelled at for resetting.

Take a 1x1 space, but actually takes up the other 8 blocks around it. so 3x3.

I've heard that Isabelle comes if you don't build it. Resetti only comes the first time you reset to introduce himself so you can get the project in your list for when/if you want it built.

This is correct. If you have him, he'll warn/scold you as you come out of your house, as usual. If not, Shizue/Isabelle will notify you instead during game start.
