I think he has chilled a lot since the earlier versions of him. If you reset, he actually gives you a choice of reasons that it happened, and he doesn't yell as much as he used to. I think Nintendo sent him to anger management classes before giving him the position in the new game. It could be the reason the "budget was cut" in the first place.

I shall build the Reset Surveillance Center eventually in my town.

I built it and like it. I've never been a huge fan of Resetti but it doesn't feel right not having him in the game.

I was so thankful when i reset and he said that he wasnt goingto pop up every time. I hated him in WW, because i ended up resetting a lot.

Time traveling and quitting whith out saving is cheating I do not do both because I like playing the game the way its meant to be played that's why I put him In my town.
