Today my sister was working on her town, and all of a sudden her game froze when she was in the Museum. But the music was still on. With no choice, she turned it off and had to face Resetti.
But...He clearly stated that he would only appear once, and after that, he wouldn't come back no matter what she did, even though it was the first time my sister had turned off her game. He also mentioned hearing a lot of kids complaining about him. Weird, because that relates to what Nintendo said: "We have to cut down on his appearances because a lot of little ones even cry when they see Resetti."
Wow...Nintendo has definitely changed Resetti and all of the other villager personalities! The cranky villagers aren't as cranky; everyone seems to be nicer. But in a way, if you're a fan of the past games, it makes the game...Not the same, I suppose. :(
That might be just me. Despite how mean Resetti could be, I miss his lectures...But it's all for the little ones! I don't know why they would change it, though. It's not like a little kid would automatically buy a game about being mayor and working on community things, right? At least, I know I would have thought it was really boring if I hadn't played Wild World.
What do y'all think about this?

That was her first time seeing Resetti meaning she can now build the RSC. When she builds the RSC, she can visit Resetti on random days after 8pm and still face him when she resets. However, he lectures still aren't as rage-filled or long, which saddens me. :/

Ohhh, that's right...Thank you! Yeah, I really do miss when he was one of the most feared characters. I can't think of him as a really nice animal anymore...I liked his old personality!

Being a mayor still isn't all there is to the game, and it does make sense that the little kids might have a hard time with Resetti. Not that it makes me very happy, though, especially since now there isn't really a problem with getting the golden axe, for instance. Still not sure if I'll build the center, since it just takes up a project.

Well I hope they get over it in the next game because I want everyone to be the way they use to be in the next installment.

Resetti wasn't even scary in the other games. In fact, making him mad was funny too me. I guess it could get frustrating when it gets long. But that's part of the charm though and they ruined it.

Resetti used to make me laugh whenever he appeared. Sometimes, in Wild World, I would do my hair without looking up the guides and then if I didn't like my hairstyle, I would reset and wait patiently for Resetti to come. His rants brought joy to my heart. As much as I'll miss them, I can understand where Nintendo was coming from. He used to terrify my little brother to the point where he stopped playing Animal Crossing because of it.

Meh, The cranky villagers and snooty villagers didn't change much.
As for resetti, I can only say one thing.
YAY.
Won't miss that dumb mole.
