reset & ready for a fresh start

so for a couple of personal reasons I've decided to reset my town once again. it feels good to have a fresh start since the villager trading and TTing was starting to make it seem less fun to me. this time around I'm making myself promise that I'll just play the good old fashioned way because I was afraid I'd end up ruining the game for myself if I kept playing the way I was.

anyway for a good long while I'm gonna be taking a break from selling, trading, and buying - especially villagers - and I'm not going to be TTing at all. it will bring me a lot of peace of mind to be able to start new and play the way I personally enjoy

I love the feeling of excitement that comes with restarting! I just started my town Stardrop a few days ago and it's been a lot of fun. I'll probably get bored of it soon, but hey, it's the fun that counts

The last time I restarted my town was because the way I had been playing totally sucked all the fun out of it for me. I wasn't buying villagers, but I was investing all my time and energy into playing the game in a way that didn't work for me. So, congrats on realizing the way you were playing didn't jive with what you really wanted from the game. I would recommend making yourself a list of dos and don'ts now while your motivations are fresh in your head. This way you can hopefully avoid falling into the same traps as before, and spend more time actually just doing the things you know you actually enjoy! Best of luck.
