In E+, you could visit the Reset Monitoring Center by hitting a random rock once a week, or something. According to gameFAQs, that's back, in the city this time.

Where is that in the city, and are there any pictures or videos of it?

I believe it's in the city on random nights. You can go there if the cones are gone on the sidewalk.

I got a visit from Pascal, today, so I didn't think that Resetti would open his office, but I was there, just in case. (Didn't happen. . . )

I've heard that it's around eight. Not any specific time, but like a loose saying would probably be 7:50-ish to 8:something. (I'm only guessing now, though, based on what I've heard on other sites.)

Okay, it really does happen. I went to the city just after eight o'clock tonight, and the traffic cones had been moved out of the way, and there was a light coming from inside the tunnel. I walked right in. Yep, you get the silver shovel. And, yep, the office looks just like it does in the photos above.

Surely, though, he must have other things to give you? Or does the office only open once?
