Reset Centre

Ok i was looking through my PWP list for Stonehenge (one of my villagers just suggested it) and right at the top there was a Reset Centre. Just wondering what it's for and what it does?

Sometimes it'll be open and you can see Resetti and Don Resetti.
It's also where you can obtain both of their pictures, I believe.

I've had it since the first week and I still haven't seen it open!

I think it opens the day after it rains, at around 8:00 PM and later. I've seen it open so many times and received Resetti's photo.

Building this will result in Resetti lectures when resetting. If you never reset, then it's okay, but if you reset all the time like me, you'll have to go through some short dialogue.
