Reset Center

The Center may open in the evening after a day of clear weather if the gates are closed. There also must have been rain or snow in the town the day before, or prior to 6:00 AM of the following day. Only one player from each town may visit the Center each time it opens.

What?!?!? My god thats confusing. what gates? my train station gate? it has to be closed all day when its raining and I have to be the first person to visit it in my town to get into it the next day? I got all that right? or if there isnt any rain it has to be a bright sunny day for it to be open that night, with my gate still closed?

Sorry, That's what it said on animal crossing wikia. in betters terms, it has to have rained or snowed the day before, and be all sunny the next and on the sunny day, right after a day of rain or snow, it will open up and you can go visit it. and by one person, it means, if you have more than one playable character in your town, only one can go into it.

Well there is that...but I think the conversations in the Reset Center are hilarious. I once caught Mr. Resetti dancing to something and he got really embarrassed when he noticed I was there. Last night, him and Don were discussing the voice activation, and he told me not to stand in front of the machine, hold A, and say scramble. Of course, that is exactly what I did, and it sent him rocketing....it was hilarious.
I do not regret for a minute having built the Reset Center.

I believe that on the 5th visit you get Resetti's Pic and on the 7th you get Don Resetti's Pic. ^^

Yes, you get Mr. Resetti's picture when you visit him five times, and Don Resetti's picture on your seventh visit. I built the reset center during the rainy season, so I was able to get both pictures in only a few weeks.
I love the reset center. Well, not the center itself, but the fact that when I reset I get to hear the Resetti music. It's one of my favorite tunes in the game. If you tell Mr. Resetti that your battery died or you don't remember what happened, he takes it very easy on you and he leaves you to your business very quickly. However, if you tell him that you wanted to reset, he'll get very angry and yell at you, which can be increasingly funny.

I always lie to lol. I must of reset too much, because now Don Resetti comes telling me "Sonny's blood pressure is high" haha.
I hated getting him in WW. Not him yelling at me, but asking me to repeat some phrase I could never rember. I used to reset on him, and he'd get even madder XD
I built the reset centre about a week ago and have been inside twice but I didn't know all the requirements it needed to be open! I don't regret building it. Mr Resetti is a great character! I find it funny that you can go sit on his toilet too!
I have mine and it seems to open up more when you have a perfect town (in my experience).
