It's worth it! Got a town that is almost perfect, and I am VERY picky :3
But I suggest trying out some maps that don't look 100 % perfect as well... sometimes it's all about the ... hm ... feeling a town creates?
Ugh I've been contemplating on purchasing another ACNL game just
because I'm afraid to reset in fear of regretting it.
I would die if I had to reset the game 100+ times...and on top of that, what if you get a good map
but you get the lousiest villagers? I really wouldn't know what to do if that happened to me haha.
Kind of mindblowing that people would be that picky about it ._. I would assume you could pretty much get used to anything...maybe I was just lucky to have one I liked pretty quickly though, I don't know.
New Leaf is my first ac game so I didn't have any hang ups about the villagers since I wasn't familiar with any of them. I probably reset mine about 4 times in order to get the fruit I was most happy with. I didn't pay much attention to the layout of my town but thanks to a lot of effort and landscaping, i'm pretty happy with it now anyway. The only thing I would change is the colour of my train station and that wont matter because i'll be changing it when i've unlocked the 100 visitor pwp.
All you're asking for is perfection?
I could not keep resetting like that. I know you're not completing the town creation, but I got fed up after having created 8 characters for Katrina readings.
