Renders of the new villagers

On the Animal Crossing wiki, someone posted nice quality renders of the new villagers, ala Bitty, Tybalt, Boris, Claude, and Maggie among others.

Where are these renders coming from? They're not on the New Leaf website.

my initial reaction was that maybe they got them from the in-game models somehow, but i just checked and these renders look REALLY professional...
maybe if there's a way to get the data for a villager's model and then use blender or something to put them in certain poses?
or somehow they found them hidden in the depths of the New Leaf website's source code... idk
