?I will notify lurkers when a villager arrives in my town, but this does not guarantee you the villager.
?Reservations, however, will guarantee you a villager! Please only ask for a reservation when a villager is in my town. This is first come, first serve.
?Reservations will be 10tbt and I will hold villager for 24 hours.
?If there are no reservations on a villager, I will hold villager for one hour before voiding.
?Your reservation will be refunded if you cannot pick the villager up.
?Please stick close to me when visiting! Please don't pick flowers, run off, etc. If you'd like to explore Main Street, for any reason, let me know before hand and I'll await you by the Train Station.
