Removing Blood Stains?

I cut my leg on accident while shaving, and I accidentaly got some blood on my leggings because I didn't notice I was bleeding. Whats the best way to get it out?

I got a blood stain on my white converse and my dad said that spit has the enzymes to break down the blood, thus removing it buti haven't tried it yet...

Personally when I get blood on clothing I just fill the sink with cold water and dish soap (I use Dawn, idk if it matters) and let it soak in there. I think I read this somewhere a long time ago and it said 30 minutes, but I usually leave it in longer just to be sure.

Anyways, it's always worked for me. But I'm sure there are a million other tips online, that's how I found this one back then.

edit; badcrumbs made me realize I should point out I've only used this method on cotton. so if it's some other material I would consider that as well.

Tan and cotton.

Make sure you use cold water no matter what. Hot water will set the blood into the fabric and you'll never be able to get it out.

Yaaas. I'm obsessed with PJ as well. I'm cosplaying Kuranosuke this con season. It'll be real cute-if I can properly cover my beard. (I feel Willam so hard on that)

Definitely don't do H.P. directly on the fabric. It'll discolor the fabric. Dillution is definitely necessary if you're going this route.

They charged alot to even meet and greet with him anyway. So I was pretty much a goner anyway.

And which outfit are you wanting to do? I've got the Pink sweater dress with the blonde hair done-and I'm working on the jellyfish dress too. Luckily one of my friends is great at sewing so she's going to help me (aka do all the work while I sit there and boss her around)

I use peroxide and cold water. Just squeeze some peroxide onto the spot then rub the clothes together under cold water.

I guess peroxide will mess up your leggings, sorry bout that. Just use cold water and some hand soap.
