Remember the DS Lite?

Anyone who's played Wild World when it first came out probably knows what it is, because the DSi hadn't existed yet. Nintendo doesn't even make these anymore. They're small and in no other size, and besides Pictochat, the only other thing it can do is play games. It was simple, but it was what spurred the other systems like it. Who here actually still has and uses a DS Lite?

That seems to be a common thing with it; it happened to mine as well. The top screen, unless held a certain way, flashes white and barely works.

I still have my Black DS Lite. Still works, I'm going to keep it if I ever want to play my old GBA games again.

Oh yeah, it can play GBA games too That was probably one of the best parts about it. Too bad the 3DS is too high-tech to play peasant games such as those

Me too, except some pixels turn red and flashes only a little white.

My idiotic 7 year old sister (I think she was 4 at the time) once stole my DS Lite when I wasn't looking, then when I found out I tried taking it from her but she LITERALLY THREW IT ACROSS THE ROOM AND IT HIT THE WALL and broke *cries* I loved playing Wild World and Cooking Mama on it.

I had two. My first was a crimson one that someone stole. My second was a silver one that I eventually sold to help pay for my Pikachu 3DS XL.

Nothing beats the original DS though. I had a special edition red one that came bundled with Mario Kart DS. It also had Mario Kart stickers, a charm, and a wrist strap.

I use my fiance's black DS Lite to trade between my gen 4 and 5 Pokemon games.

I have two and both are pretty busied up.
The Black DS Lite had to replaced because the top screen became unusable...
And, my Crimson DS Lite still works, but the hinge is broken, and the stylus sticks when it is inserted all the way in.

I have the light blue one and my sis has the white one.

I used to have the black one but the top screen often flashes white and it has malfunctioning buttons so I dumped it.
My sister also has another white one which I(and my brother) accidentally pulled the broken hinge until the top screen came off the DS(and still magically works at that moment).

Pfft, I played WW on the original DS - and I replaced it with a DS Lite long after getting bored with WW.

I still have it. It is black and has a couple of stuck pixels on it: they show up blue whenever the screen goes dark. It was like that from when I first got it.

I had the original light pink DS Phat that came with Nintendogs. Sadly it got stolen whilst I was on holiday, I was absolutely distraught and upset. ;; I ended up getting a DSi anyway, but it just was not as good as my old DS. I even put Animal Crossing Wild World stickers on it too!

i still have my pink one and it has this problem. i dont use it anymore tho
