Reincarnation Discussion

There's a show called the Ghost inside my child, It has really good evidence for reincarnation. Mainly being how kids know stuff they couldn't possibly know at that age, i.e. A little girl born in america knew Japanese naturally and knew a ancient family symbol.

That's some made-for-TV-movie-grade bull****.

Edit - Or A&E-reality-TV-show-grade bull****.

Well, that's just another problem! What about all those other afterlife theories? How could I possibly choose one?

I believe in reincarnation, but I don't believe everyone is reincarnated. No one's a special snowflake or anything, I just believe that you have a choice after you die and perhaps there's a process to it. People who have died unfairly probably come back. I believe in heaven as well. Not as in paradise in the clouds, but anything you want it to be. I also believe in hell, but not it being eternal suffering, but a cleansing & purification of the soul after a lot of grief and trauma. That's my theory. *shrugs* :)

I'd love if reincarnation was real. It's the ideal afterlife in my eyes. However, I do not believe in an afterlife of any kind. They all seem very nonsensical based on what we know.

I do believe in that. I believe that once a person dies, the body itself is just dead, but the spirit still remains and they are resting in peace, waiting until the day of reincarnation. In fact, my beliefs say that death didn't exist at first. Here's the story...

God made Adam (Man) and had him name all of the animals. He then put him to sleep, took his rib, and made Eve (Woman) who was meant to be his companion. Both of them were absolutely naked. There were two trees in this garden, and God told them not to eat from one of the trees (The Tree of Knowledge) because he said that if they do they will die (he is not refering to instant death, he is refering to death in the future). Now a serpent (which is actually the devil) comes and tries to get them to eat from the forbidden tree. He does this by deceiving Eve into thinking that they won't die from eating from the tree and she gets Adam to think the same as well (which was the serpent's plan all along) and they eat from the forbidden tree, and a curse is put on the earth which is why death exist.

There is a continuence and backstory to this story, but if you want to read that, just find a bible and read the book of Genesis in the Old Testament.

Anyway, that is my beliefs on it.
