Buying Regular Shaymin

I'm looking to buy a normal Non-Shiny Shaymin as its the only Event Legendary I'm missing for my Living Dex. All I ask is that it be English (Untouched is preferred to but not necessary). I also really want to know its stats (mainly if it has any perfect stats) as I've gotten a hacked one before and the stats are usually a good indicator. If unsure on how to check it's stats just let me know and I can walk you through how to check.

I'm willing to pay TBT, trade one or more of my Shinies or gift my extra Red Candy in return. If you have a Shaymin you're willing to sell please let me know. ^.^

Event Legendary? I'm quite new to this Pokemon thing, by "Event" do you mean by a certain event that happened?
