Does anyone know which region New Zealand comes under when receiving DLC?

I believe I saw someone say that they got EU DLC, but i can't find the post so not sure if that's correct.

EU and Oceania isn't it? Which I assume includes New Zealand.

ah, i assumed it'd be under oceania with australia.... i have 2 copies; one's a AUS card and one's a EUR card and - although they'd both be PAL - there was one instance where one of the DLCs i got from pelly was different from the other?? i can't recall which one it was but it only happened once so it probably doesn't matter......
