When you load up the game and Isabelle's talking to you (when she greets you, tells you what time and date it is in your town, etc), instead of choosing the "Yes, let's" option, choose "I need help first...", and then choose the first option, which is "Set the time" where you can change the day/month/year/time...hope that helps, I'm really bad at explaining things lol
