Redesign whole town without resetting?

Has anyone completely redesigned their town? Like, cut down trees, destroyed their PWP and everything to do a totally new thing? Thats what i'm in the process of doing because I don't want to reset my town, but I still feel bad about destroying PWP I've had up for years

I haven't done that, but it sounds like a ton of work

Sadly you can't completely redesign it, as some PWP can't be destroyed, like the campsite for example.

Oh really? Hmm I guess I didn't know that. Well At least I can *mostly* do it. It IS a ton of work, but in all my years of having this town I never cared much about having a "theme" and now all of a sudden I do lol
