Redd's Items

I always thought that only one of the four items in Redd's tent was real. But, as I always do with Redd's stuff, I checked the bidoofcrossing tumblr guide, and it says that two of the paintings are the real ones?

Are there sometimes two real items?

It's happened to me before several times. It's a reason why I ever made alts so I could get both pieces.

Feng Shui is said to affect Redd's stuff. It's always worth checking further I guess, good to know.
