redd only selling fakes?

Yep! It's not guaranteed that you'll have a genuine painting every time he visits. It's also possible for him to have more than one genuine painting as well. Didn't see pictures but I saw someone claim that they had 4 genuine art pieces when Redd visited one time!

Yeah, I saw people get around the art limit by creating new villagers to buy all of them up, so you can definitely try that if the next time Redd visits, he has more than one real one!

So far I've purchased 2 real and 3 fakes.. 1 of the real ones was when you 1st meet him so that one is guaranteed... Take that one out of my total and the man is swindling me! No wonder he has a no return policy.. LOL

Eeek. Sorry for the bad RNG to get all fakes. =< I have heard this happening to several people.
So far I've only been on his boat once. It had two real, but those two do not have fake versions.

I've had him coming with 4 fakes. Turns out two of the 4 fakes were also haunted paintings (Wistful Painting and Graceful paintingy).

Haunted pieces of art will change exactly at 6:34pm everyday.

If he's still there, get inside his boat and see if any of the paintings have changed.

I’m like 99% positive he had three real ones yesterday when he visited me. The only fake one was the Mona Lisa lmao. But the one I examined after that I was sure was real so I immediately bought it, then out of curiosity looked at the other two and am pretty sure they were real as well.
