Redd docking at the private beach?

I'm excited for the upcoming update, but will Redd have his boat by the private beach?? That's the one thing that's upsetting me about the update LOL I'm using it as a memorial for my late bird I mean it's not too bad, but just not as picturesque lol

If the video is accurate to what the actual update will be, then I think that you still would be able to get around the memorial maybe to get to the dock, at least hopefully... I'm sorry about your bird I have a memorial set up for my dog as well.

Looks like that's the case. It makes sense that the reason it was included on every single map was because it would eventually serve a specific function.

Mine has nothing on it, but I'm going to have to make it more accessible. I want to be able to use it without a ladder, so I'll just dig some cliffs out so it can be accessed via the regular beach.

AH yeah, I spent some time digging cliffs out to make the beach and the other rocky areas accessible. I'm so glad you can put things on the rock parts lol

That's definitely a blessing..!! After posting this thread I think I'm less upset now LOL I can just put jail bars on the sand or something whenever he's there for some nice photos B)

My private beach is right behind my house so I'm a little uncomfortable at the thought of Redd creeping back there So much for a "private" beach. Your memorial is beautiful! I'm pretty sure he's just going to be part of the rotating cast of visitors though so he'll only be there a few times a week at most.

Ah yeah that's pretty weird LOL but the shadiness does fit his character I'm assuming he'll only be there on Sundays or something like New Leaf? I'd be really upset if it was a permanent thing, so I'm glad it's nothing like that ;v;

My secret beach is in such an awkward spot... right behind my house and also blocked off by three layers of cliffs that were already there so it's super awkward to get to. idk how I'm going to make it more accessible

I hadn't landscaped there much but man I feel awful for those who did
