Buying Red hibiscus for 15 TBT

I really need 3 red hibiscus bushes to finish landscaping a part of my town before they're in full bloom. I can pay 15 TBT for each! (I usually see bushes go for 5-10 TBT). If that's not enough I can go up. I can also trade them for other bushes if you'd like.
