Recommendations

So currently I'm working towards getting myself a PStriple and I've started a list of the games I would like to buy/rent/play/w.e

So far;
Uncharted Series
God of War series
Heavy Rain
Payday: The heist (possible is it any good?)

What else should I be on the look out for? (Only asking for games that aren't on the 360 so PS3 exclusives or PS3+PC exclusives.)

Definitely get the Uncharted series... Those are possibly my favorite games ever. Other recommendations are the inFamous series and the LittleBigPlanet series. Another exclusive I've enjoyed was Resistance 3.

Um, how about Ratchet and Clank? Or Mag. If you like Multiplayer shooters, get MAG.

R&C never seemed to peak my interest, but I might give it a chance would you recommend playing the first one first or go for the latest?

Personally I would start with the very first but there's no HD collection of it yet. So Tools of Destruction would be the logical start, followed by Quest for Booty and then A Crack in Time. Though I think even the newest one, All 4 One, would be good.

LittleBigPlanet series, Killzone series, Sly Cooper HD collection, and Ico and Shadow of the Colossus HD collection would be fun places to start. Resistance seems fun, but I haven't tried it more than the Resistance 3 Online beta. SOCOM was fun, but I didn't get far into it so I can't make a very effective yes on it. And if you were into Dark Souls, Demon's Souls is where it all started.

Oh and 3D Dot Heroes is fun if you like Zelda too.

Everything's already been listed on what you should buy, but as for downloaded games, you should definitely check out:
Fat Princess (Class based capture the flag, team deathmatch, etc.)
Pixeljunk Series (Very addicting "arcade-ish" games)
