Super Meat Boy if you haven't got it already, super cheap on sales and really addictive!
Also The Binding of Isaac is awesome, for like $1.50 (on sale) i have over 200 hours played on it
Finally I've heard Spelunky is cool if you don't have that, I think I was gifted it but I haven't had the chance to give it a try yet :c

I have quite a few games on Steam and the ones I've enjoyed the most (and also put the most time into) are the Dark Souls games, Civilization 5 and the expansions, The Binding of Isaac, Terraria, DayZ, and XCOM: Enemy Unknown and Enemy Within, and finally Portal 2.
Many of these titles are more fun if you play them together with some friends, but Dark Souls can be enjoyed a lot alone because of a very innovative coop system that allows you to team up with random people from all over the world for specific sections of the game, and The Binding of Isaac is entirely single-player oriented and has incredible replay value. (I have put 175 hours into it, and it was never boring!)
