I have 2 all cat towns so my recommendations would be Kiki, Olivia, Kid cat Bob and Kabuki.

Kabuki is my favourite but since he creeps you out, Moe. I had Moe as a camper when my town was full and I played games with him all day because he was just so cool looking. I really wish I could've had him as a villager.
