Recently reset, villagers in horrible spots! Help!

I reset a few days ago with the perfect town. I love the layout, the colors of the Train Station and Town Hall, and basically everything about it. Villagers began to move in quickly, but they've chosen horrible spots (I found out before it was too late).

1 out of 9 villagers happen to be parked in a good spot. Can I get every single one of the other 8 to move out for a chance to get better villagers and better house placement?

You can, but it'll take some time unless you don't mind TTing. There's a method called "plot resetting" if you're expecting a villager to move in the next day.

Yes. If you have the patience, you'll eventually be able to move them all out. I'd suggest that you just deal with it until you figure out which villagers you want in your town and where you want them to go so you can plot reset them.
