I'll go with Mario vs. DK: Minis March Again! for 800 DSi Points (if Mario vs. DK 2: March of the Minis isn't enough for you or you never owned it).
Also, if you like a tough platforming game, but with only 3 levels, I'll fork my 500 DSi Points on Dark Void Zero.

It might be a good idea to read reviews on those games before you download them, but I personally found them great!

I'd recommend WarioWare: Snapped.

Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Minis March Again! and Art Style: PiCTOBiTS are great games. WarioWare: Snapped! is a fun game, but it's a more of a demo than a full game. Mixed Messages is a really fun game that can be hilarious if you play with a lot of friends, and only one person needs to have a DSi to play (you pass the DSi around). And although not technically "games", Mario Clock, Mario Calculator, Animal Crossing Clock, Animal Crossing Calculator, and Photo Clock are all very useful applications. Don't forget to download the Nintendo DSi Browser and Flipnote Studio if you haven't already, because they're both free.

I've heard that Dark Void Zero is pretty great, plays like an old Capcom NES game, if that is your thing check it out.
