Rebuilding town: Need help transferring Bells & items

Soooo since I hate my current town's layout and I'm getting bored with the game I decided that I'm going to start over.
...But I don't wanna lose all of my Bells and rare items because I'm a filthy cheater (?・ω・`) So I decided to ask if anyone is willing to help me transfer my stuff.

This is what I need to transfer:

-All of my Bells (Around 2 mil.)
-An entire set of items
-My tools

It might take a while until I'm ready to take everything back since I'm trying to get a good layout. I will be TTing to gain the 100% approval rating faster.
