Re-adopt again?

Ok I have one random thought so thinking to ask this random question out hehe.

Let's say I have let Phoebe move out, and then I want to adopt Phoebe back immediately after it move, so I go to Re-Tail and seek for her, so will I get to adopt her back to town? Which has just let her out (even house is gone) but the next she is gone, is that possible to adopt her back?

You will need to move out 16 villagers out, commonly known as cycling. It's quite frustrating so if you have no patience, I suggest you time travel two days forward and spam talk your villagers you want to keep as well.

Oooo, so even I get to see the same villager in box at someone town, they won't talk about moving to my town too? I see I see~~ Interesting topic of Animal Crossing =)
