Typically if you accept a bid you need to go with it. You can't just back out and go with someone else just because they bid higher... So Kacchan should get him for their original bid.

Not accusing you of faking, but it's happened before where people have scammed others by saying they had Raymond >.< Maybe post a pic of him in boxes to prove the legitimacy!
