Hello! Raymond has asked to move out, so I'm looking for offers. I'm mainly interested in NMT as I'm trying to get my last few dreamies! ^^
I haven't given him any items and his house interior + exterior are his defaults/original.
I don't really know how much he goes for exactly, but I am not seeking anything crazy high like 800 NMT if that helps.

After some thought, I think I would like to minimize how much villager trading/searching I have to do, so I will go with MalaFama's offer. I'm really sorry but I do hope Raymond will come to you soon as well! ;;
