Everytime I give the file name in step 3, it tells me that I need a preview image, even though it's a .jpg. Even when I put a preview, it still won't work! What's going on?

Even though you think it's a JPEG image, it's not. It is some other type of image (BMP, GIF, PNG, TIFF, and so on) with the extension renamed to JPG. You will need to open the image up in the image editing program of your choice and save it as a real JPG image.

Actually, there is a difference.

JPG:

BMP:

(I know it says JPG, but I saved it to BMP <_<)

PNG:

JPG = Loss of color, white crap

BMP = Shrinks when uploaded to Photobucket

PNG = Stays the same
