I think that the Zero Lamp is rare whilst the other Number Lamps aren't.

The number lamps are spotlight items, so they are somewhat rare. (Just means there is a lower chance of them been in Nooknoobs shack of items)

Items of the series can only be obtained as Timmy and Tommy's spotlight items or from villagers. Because of this, the series is quite sought after.
