I actually don't mind not having my own home with how the game runs. I mean, personally, I'll probably design everything I could've wanted in my own home for the villagers, so it's not a big deal.
I give the game an 8/10. I'm really enjoying it so far, and it's yet to get repetitive even after 15+ hours.
