Do water and sea eggs obtained on Bunny Day count towards your fishing and diving badge totals?

For furniture customization where you can use clothing designs, is it limited to tops and dresses? Can you use bottoms, or even umbrellas?

Where do special characters live and sleep? Does Isabelle even sleep at all aside from that one time when she recommends the Dream Suite?

Answers for the first two are much appreciated, and thoughts on the third.

I'm pretty sure it's limited to tops and dresses, not 100% though.
As for Isabelle, she probably power naps through the day while standing up. That one time we caught her was just pure luck.
