Random villagers campsite

I wanted to know, if we have a random villager who came in our campsite (not induced by an amino card), can someone from an other island come and ask him to come to his?

Unfortunately, no. I tried this on Day 1 of getting the game and you just strike up a conversation with the villager and that's it.
