Wish we could also make facilities on the island to go with the hotel feature. A mall or movie theater sounds fire on my island. I could just make a new player with the stuff in the house but it's not the same with visitors actually inside like in HHP.

I agree, it would be so fun and amazing to make buildings like that in your island. Me and my husband made a "seafood restaurant" but it's not really a building, it has some panels to vaguely suggest walls though

Did you ever really want to just position an item at a diagonal?

Yes It's really annoying sometimes tbh! I think some of the bug/fish statues would probably look better at a diagonal angle (though, ironically it's more like a 90 degree angle - you can only make them diagonal visually, even if it's 90 degree increments internally), and it's frustrating not being able to pose them in an ideal way when sometimes they're not easy to get.

On my island, I wish Label and Saharah would show up less, and Redd and Gulliver/Gullivarrr would show up more.

I'm pretty much the opposite. I don't care if Gulliver/Gullivarrr ever show up; I stopped doing their "minigame" because it's annoying and not fun to me, and I don't have a strong need for pirate stuff

Fair enough. For me, however, Gulliver/Gullivarrr has grown on me recently , and I do want to get the golden shovel eventually (not to use, but display on my island). Most people are fed up with him, but I honestly don't like weeks where I don't get either version.

I have Redd's RV over at Harv's island, but his ship gives me a fresh selection of art for my museum.

I don't hate Saharah, but why do you only have to sell one type from each category, Ms. Camel? I JUST WANT THE PINK HEART RUG.

As for Label, I don't really care about fashion checks. I wish she would just stay at the Able Sister's with her sisters.

I like getting the stuff from the gulls because I like some of the things. I have the treasure chest and pirate barrel up in the area of the mine. I think I might use some of the other things where Redd pulls in with his little boat, I don't know for sure yet. And I do generally like when he comes because sometimes I find an art piece but he has also a piece of furniture I'd been looking for and hadn't found.

I always buy stuff from Saharah every time she's in town, mainly because I'm a sucker for what we used to call grab bag purchases--you buy something but don't know what it is until you open it.

I was thinking it's sure a good thing shoes aren't tools considering how many holes I kick in and temporary paths I kick off.

I've made a note of all the Island theme ideas I have, and if I count my forever island I have about 22 island themes I hope to one day start.
Each island has a completely different theme, villagers and ideas for parts of the islands, exteriors and interors of houses lol.
Currently making lil presentations for some of them. XD
