I'm more of a dog person, I do like cats but if given the choice, I'd go with dog! They are just more fun!

I have a bad history with cats (Grandparents old cat peed on my shoes and attacked my feet, Cousins' 3 cats attacked me when I was helping house-sit while I tried to refill their food bowls...) Dogs seem to like me more and my dog greets me when I get home (And they gets me moneys through dog walking ^.^)

Cats. I love dogs, but I just enjoy cats more. I enjoy their independent personalities, but when they want attention it's adorable. Also, they are much easier to take care of, and self cleaning.

Dogs! I have two German Shepherds. Love them to death.
I wouldn't mind having both when I get older and have my own place, though.

I like cats and dogs equally, but I find dogs easier to live with. I'm more allergic to cats than dogs, though we have two cats and a dog. My dog interacts with you a lot. My cats might nuzzle their head into your arm once every three days or so and that's about as outwardly as they show their affection.

Thats a hard choice. Dogs are generally nicer and loyal, but cats are cute, though cats won't listen to you, so i prefer a dog.
