I hate how in the pokemon series (old and new) they never take into mind type effects. In theory, a primape could never beat a staryu with one hit unless the level difference was extremely high. A staryu is a water and psychic type and should therefore be more powerful that the fighting type. For if Staryu (1 was attacked by a fightig type, it would have a small effect and (2 if staryu used a psychic move, it could take out the primape in one hit. Also, because of its metalic-like body, Staryu's defense is higher. /thoughts

What are you trying to say? Yeah starmie is a water any psychic type, so fighting type moves are not very effective against it, and phychic moves are super effective against primeape...

Yeah, I've noticed that too. But they were never really great at staying true with what the game delivers.

For example: Heracross KO's an opponent using False Swipe.
