The rules are simple.

No but here's the real rules :

Basically you would choose "Low" or "High" or "Limbo".
Low = 1-47 || 1:2
High = 53-100 || 1:2
Limbo = 48-52 || 1:5

Payment :
If you have more POSITIVE Wi-Fi ratings than me with no more than 1 negative Wi-Fi rating, you can pay AFTER the bet (If you lost).
If not, you WILL pay before.

It's no different than if a family was playing a texas hold 'em with fake valued chips. That's not illegal because there is no set currency.

Playing games of chance are not illegal for minors-- Arcades are a good example.

Hi! I like the idea but I think the execution is wrong, having to wait for you to transmit is boring! And how can we trust that what you transmit is actually live?

Here is an idea, I submit my bet, you reply accepting the bet and the last number of your reply post's number is the winner, you'll use a similar structure (just an idea)

That way you can draw the winner without waiting for others and both can be sure that it wasn't manipulated. In case you don't know, each post has a unique number in its url, for example, your first post's number is 4946487, so if that were a reply to a bet then the winner number would be "7".

Hi! The structure was just an idea it'd be up to you to figure out the correct one. It's your reply the one that has the winner number so other people can't try to pinpoint it, you could but since it's only the last number there's no way someone can do that in a forum as used as this. And the live thing, yeah but you can still show "live" a prerecorded "tape" (NOT saying you'd, just that the possibility may put people off). Anyways it was just an idea to try an make it more appealing since I like the idea (seems fun!) but have some issues with it
