You can have as many villagers as you like - as long as you have space for them when they are in boxes.

Henry may not be completely original as he came from one of my regular towns. His house will be original (except for an HHA pennant I gave him for his birthday), but I can't remember whether he changed his shirt and/or catch phrase.
