Giveaway Raffle for Merengue!

Merengue is moving out of my cycling town! Rather than auction her off to whoever has the most money and not let anyone new to the game get a chance to get her, or just give her to the first person who can take her, since those are circumstances even more arbitrary than luck, I'm doing a free raffle for everyone who wants her to get a chance to get her! A few rules:

• This raffle is free to enter! Just state clearly that you'd like to enter and I'll put your name down.
• Everyone gets one entry, unless you were lurking for her in my cycling thread before she was in boxes, in which case you get two! This is my way of ensuring that she goes to a good home, since I figure those who go through the task of lurking for her in a bunch of threads really want her.
• This raffle ends at 4:00 PM EST, Wednesday, June 10th! I have a villager in this town that I'm holding for someone who lives in Europe, and I need to get that villager out while that person's still awake, so I'm ending it a bit earlier than I would otherwise. If you won't be available at that time, don't enter.
• I'll draw the winner at the above time and PM or VM them. If they haven't picked the villager up in an hour, I'll redraw and repeat the process until Merengue has a home.
• As I've said, this raffle is for people who want her as a dreamie only! If you turn around and sell her I'll give you a negative review for breaking my rules and ban you from adopting from me again. (And trust me, I'm really paranoid about this so I'll be keeping a close eye on her.) If it happens that she accidentally moves out, please give her away for free!
• Quick note about the time: I'm taking a 50-minute long test at 3, so I should be on-time for the draw, but I might be a bit late. But it shouldn't be more than 10 minutes. If that happens, the entry period still ends at 4, but the winner has an hour after I message them to adopt Merengue.
