Going to go with Mocha. It just sounds like a unique and good name for a rabbit.

Both names are cute, but I voted for Mocha because it sounds more unique. I've heard of a couple of rabbits named Coco or Cocoa. Although, there is Coco from Animal Crossing so if you went that route it would be a cool nod to the game.
