Quick void question

Hi! I just gave Tammy the uchi bear cub to somebody, and tomorrow someone else will give me one of my dream villagers. i'm scared to recieve a random move in from a villager who was on Tammy's adopter's void! I dont know if they had voided villagers, but if someone does come from their void, will there be a plot tomorrow in my town (therefore stopping me from adopting my dreamie)?
To symplify the question: how long does it take for a villager recieved from (person)'s void to plot their house, from the moment you and (person) get in touch via wifi/streetpass/etc?

Did you have 10 villagers when you traded? (Including Tammy)
If you did, I don't think you can possibly snag a voided villager. (Anyone, correct me if I'm wrong.) And I think you're safe.

If you had 9 villagers, still including Tammy, if there was a voided villager in the other person's void, the villager could plot tomorrow at the earliest. I'm not sure if voided villagers actually wait a few days to plot... From what I've seen, they do it immediately the next day. (Again, anyone. Correct me if I'm wrong. xD)

Would it stop voided villagers from moving in to my town? Doesnt visiting towns with 10 villagers only clean my void? Bc like, this possible villager isnt in my void, he's coming from someone else's void
