Hey everyone I have a slightly random question that I'm hoping someone knows the answer to.
I am kinda wanted to get rid of like all my villagers, would time traveling like 1 year or more get rid of most / all of them? or do I have to do that villager cycle thing I've been reading about?

I don't want to do a full reset of the game cause I don't feel like giving up my town or the path system, just trying to get a fresh new bunch of villagers to re-interest me in the game.

Thanks for reading this.

You can travel 50 years into the future, but to get a villager back, you must cycle through 16 villagers.

ah sorry if I was unclear, I'm not trying to get a certain villager back; I just want to get rid of them ALL, kinda like starting again just without loosing the village

Your best bet would be to TT day by day, I think. Although new villagers would move in before some of the old ones move out etc. It's a tricky one =/ I'm not sure even TTing 40 years would get rid of them all. Not sure though.

I lost most of my villagers from time traveling, if you do a lot of it you might lose all of the old ones and they'll be replaced with new ones. It's a risk though if you have one certain villager you like. And no you don't have to skip ahead years later!
